How much LESS CARBOHYDRATE FOODS would you estimate that you are eating since you started the Shield Method? (Carbohydrates are sweet and starchy foods. These include fruits, honey, syrup, cakes, pies, cookies, breads, crackers, ice cream, noodles, battered foods, pancakes, thickened soups, gravies and sauces. Also rice, chips and cereals). If you have reduced your overall eating by 50%, you are probably cutting these by 50% as well.

(High calorie beverages include sugary soft drinks, milk and fruit juices, but NOT alcoholic drinks.) If you have reduced your consumption of these by about half, you would select “50% less.”
